It's time for another episode of Luminous Beings! We've released this episode on the main feed a a little sooner than usual, just to get this discussion out in the fandom before The Rise of Skywalker drops.

This time around, Nathan and I discuss "who is the lead of the sequel trilogy?" Is it Rey? She's been marketed as the lead. Or is it Kylo? The grandson of Anakin Skywalker? The son of Leia Organa and Han Solo? His lineage and the film's title might lead one to believe that a heroic redemption is right around the corner for Kylo. But can Lucasfilm have it both ways here? It's a thorny issue to be sure, but we're here to take our swing at it!
