To kick-off 2021, we've got the latest episode of the SWC+ Round Table in the feed. Since "rethinking" the network last fall, we've seen a couple of episodes of the SWC+ Round Table drop, and I was lucky enough to join in the second episode, along with moderator Rob Cast, Rob Williams from Generation X-Wing, Andre Marquis from San Diego Sabers, and the legendary Marc Godsiff, formerly the Admiral of Talk Star Wars. We had a great conversation about The Mandalorian, and the future of Star Wars, and I hope you'll enjoy the podcast.

As for TumblingSaber, we're on a bit of an extended break. As some of you know, I'll be starting a new gig as this episode hits your feed. It's a huge life change for me that up-ends everything for me both from a covid-era standpoint, but also as my first new job in over a decade. I need to take the time, and devote the necessary energies in making sure this transition goes as smoothly as possible, and considering how much time and energy I put into the podcast, I'd be spread too thin if I attempted to juggle both. Plus, I'm currently depleted, so it's a good time to step back from the mic. Also, there's not a lot of news at the moment, so it doubly makes it the opportune time for a reset. When will this reset come to an end? I don't know. Some news would bring us back quicker, but truthfully, once I'm feeling comfortable enough with my new routines, I'll re-integrate the podcast.
In the meantime, I'm still over in the facebook group and on the hellsite bird app. You can always find me in those places, and my inbox is definitely open! I hope 2021 is off to a good, safe start for you all and I look forward to being back in your feed soon!

In this edition of Luminous Beings, which released to our Powerful Friendz in November, we take a look at Alan Moore's contribution to Star Wars. Before revolutionizing the comic book medium in the mid-80's, Alan Moore had a brief run on Star Wars. It's weird, and includes some wild characters and stories, just as you'd expect from Marvel 40 years ago. But it also connects to modern Star Wars in some surprisingly relevant ways. Someone working at Lucasfilm / Disney today has been doing homework and taking notes!
